FemiPro Through a Beginner's Eyes

I'm fairly new to taking wellness seriously, so when I started with FemiPro I tried to keep my expectations modest. The first week was mostly about remembering to use it consistently. By the second week it had become automatic. That's already a small win because most things I've tried before never made it that far.
